The mission of The St. Louis Natural Hair & Black Culture Expo (STLNHBCE), FOUNDATION is to promote natural hair, healthy-living, and concepts of beauty for the African family. Our goal is to provide a platform for small community-based businesses to market and sell their products and services to consumers who are interested in healthy and fashionable natural hair, using the best natural hair products.
The STLNHBCE Family is proud to share that the 4th Annual STLNHBCE was a complete success! Our September 22 and 23rd Expo welcomed over 2200+ attendees. There were six (6) educators who facilitated free classes and workshops for Expo participants. We were honored to host 52 vendors this year which included but was not limited to Healthy Hair Solutions Tendaii The Hair Whisper , Erica Gayles Curly Dew, ! We also welcomed a styling bar by NAPPS Natural Hair Salon where patrons were given hair consultations and even had their hair styled at the Expo by a NAPPS natural stylist! We hosted live technique and product showcasing as well as a myriad of performers, poets, singers and models. All guests received a bag of product samples, while VIP guests receiving a SWAG BAG filled with various products from Nature's Protein Coconut Restore , Uncle Jimmy, and Jane Carter and a host of others! We are proud to boast our statistics once again as our Expo guests continue to grow: 87% Women; 13% Men Ranging in ages as noted below: 14% - 18-24 29% - 25-35 36% - 35-44 17% - 45-54 4% - 55-64

St. Louis native's visual glass painting artist and Host for the St. Louis Natural Hair & Black Cultural Expo Belle Be, has been known for her creative arts locally and internationally. 2015-2017 3 time Leading Lady of the stage play "Still", lead/Supporting actor in T.V Christian Comedy "The Sinister Truth" , Illustrator for an Asian children's book, designer for three united postage stamps, and has had her artwork displayed in NYC Times Square 200 ft digital billboard in 2014. She currently won 2018_19 Ms. Distinguished "Most Dedicated" pageant contestant winner for Atlanta Georgia's 1st Woman's Full Figured International Beauty Pageant.
